Terms & Conditions
By signing up with Exclusive Media Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions and understand they are legally binding by law. We reserve the right to terminate any agreement at our discretion.

You will be paid 60% initial and 60% recurring for all signups you send.
Signups and Payouts are counted by iBill.

We do not accept new webmasters from Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus,
Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary,
India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea (North and
South), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania,
Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey,
Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Yugoslavia. New accounts
from these countries will not be paid.

No Spamming, this includes but is not limited to: Email (exception
for OPT-IN Mailing lists), Newsgroups, IRC, Instant Messenging,
Hotline or Aol. If you try your account will be terminated without
pay.

Pages you send traffic from must not include illegal material.
Including but not limited to: Child Pornography, Bestiality, and
Warez/MP3 sites. If you try your account will be terminated without
pay, and the authorities will be notified.

You are free to send traffic from a website however you wish (text
links, banners, consoles), as long as it doesn't imply something
illegal ie. NO bestiality links.

All banners you use must be served off of your own server. This
means no hotlinking.

Exclusive Media Group reserves the right to cancel this program at any
time. Any funds owing will be paid at that time.

Exclusive Media Group reserves the right to cancel any account found to
be cheating the program in any way.

Exclusive Media Group is not responsible for loss or server downtime.
