1. I do not find images of nude adults, adults engaged in sexual acts or other sexual material to be offensive or objectionable.

2. I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to possess and view adult material in my community.

3. I understand the standards and laws of the community, site and computer to which I am transporting this material, and am solely responsible for my actions.

4.I hereby agree to subscribe to Cartoon-Sex.com. I understand that I may automatically cancel my account at any time by Emailing Support@Cartoon-Sex.com. I understand that my subscription will automatically be renewed to a monthly subscription of the monthly rate at the time of application unless my account is cancelled. I realize that all trial membership must be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase time and all monthly or rebilled accounts must be cancelled with 2 days of my next rebill date. All accounts must be cancelled via the above email.

5. I release and discharge the providers, owners and creators of this site from any and all liability, which might arise.

6. I understand that member's user name and password must not be distributed to others. This will result in immediate suspension of service, and possible prosecution.

7. I do not hold Exclusive Content, Inc. liable in any way for the content of this site.

8. I agree that any and all monies paid to Exclusive Content, Inc. for membership to the Cartoon-Sex website is non-refundable and non-returnable.

9. Exclusive Content, Inc. offers no guarantee either stated or implied regarding the content or quality of this site.

10. I will not forward or transfer by any means any images or information on this site to any minors or persons who are not legally allowed to possess the content of this site.

11. I am not a law enforcement agent and I will not use any information gained from visiting this site to bring any legal or other action against the providers, owners and creators of this site.

12. By clicking on any of the buttons leading to gaining a membership I agree to these Terms & Conditions to the exclusion of any and all other terms and conditions whatsoever and will have deemed to have digitally signed these Terms & Conditions.

13. Refunds are ONLY given in the cases stated in 13a - 13b:
13a.) Accidental duplicate charges
13b.) Fraudulent use of card.
